15 year-old Johnny, known as the "Mad Dog," is the leader of a gang of underage freedom fighters. The film depicts the boys' struggles with extreme situations and sometimes themselves as they try to survive in a region where bloody wars have destroyed lives and stolen the innocence of countless children. Filmed on location in Liberia, the film was screened at the UN Headquarters in New York.
