JEN was established in January 1994 in order to provide emergency assistance to refugees and evacuees in the Former Yugoslavia. This film captures the voices of local people from Central Equatoria State in Southern Sudan assisted by JEN, and traces the NGO’s work in implementing water and hygiene facilities in the region.
