【Film Info】"NOWHERE HOME"
NOWHERE HOME follows a number of boys from Salhus, a Norwegian centre offering temporary residence to unaccompanied children seeking asylum. At the age of 18, they are to be returned to their country of origin. The film follows two brothers from Afghanistan ― traumatized Hussein and his brother caring brother Hassan; and Goli who, after being deported from Norway to Kurdistan, tries time after time to cross the border. For people like them, nowhere is home.
Young asylum seekers, to whom there is still little support, are forced to live without hope of a secure future. This powerful film calls our attention to those people.
